We don't have a standard process, or 'one size fits all' approach to what we do
We do things a little different here at 96. We don’t spout on about how good we are, name drop who we have worked with, or shout about our awards.
We believe the process is about you and no two approaches should be the same. So, sure, we can come down and show you our credentials and awards, but we would much rather get together and identify your challenges with you and work on overcoming them together.
Whilst each project is different, we approach each job with a tried and tested methodology that works.
It's start with knowing what the problem is. We don't assume to tell you how good we are, or how well we can help you if we don't know what challenges you face. We work with you to identify and challenge the problems and then we look to ourselves to see if we can genuinely help. If we can't, we say so. Our founding principle is to be better.
Only when we know the challenges, can we work on the solutions. Single channel, multi-channel, big or small - the only thing we can guarantee is that we will offer you something better. We will work to maximise budget, time and results.
Either working we our highly skilled team or external partners we will make sure we end up with what you need. Websites, emails, apps, social media - whatever it is, we love making it!
The launch is just the beginning. What good is it if it does not meet your needs. We measure, we review and we inform you. Change what doesn't work and amplify what does.
